In 2016-17, I worked as a field producer and fixer on the Tacos episode of season 1 of David Chang and Peter Meehan’s Netflix show “Ugly Delicious”. For this show, I cleared permits and scouted locations for shoots in Mexico City, Puebla, and Tulum and accompanied the film crew in the field as talent liaison, and interpreter.

In 2017, I was hired as a food producer/fixer for the “Acid” episode of chef Samin Nosrat’s Netflix show “Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat.” I provided research and made introductions to key contacts during the planning of the shoot and accompanied the crew on set in Merida and Oxkutzcab, as food/prop coordinator, and interpreter.
